Positive: The location is amazing. Stunning views and lake access make this quaint cottage exceptional.

Negative: The grounds keeping needs a little work. Piles of leaves around the steps and the steps down to the beach being rickety require caution especially with children.

Positive: The view of Lake Michigan was beautiful!

Negative: no heat and air, no batteries in thermostat! no chairs by fire pit to sit and enjoy view. short in light in ceiling and toilet ran all night.

Summary: we loved the location but whoever is in charge of prep for rental is not doing a very good job.

Positive: Loved the amount of Cookware/dishes and utensils. Fire pit and grill excellent. Beautiful view overlooking the lake. Would never make the trip down to the lake more than once with massive amount of stairs to climb but that's not in your control. Lots of room for whole family.

Negative: Difficult directions to turn in cottage. It says Beach cottage ln. on your directions which it is not. Google has you turning there as well. 6 adults Shower in main bathroom didn't work Check in way to late in the day especially when you are asking guests to strip beds run a load of towels and load and turn on dishwasher before they leave. One shampoo/conditioner soap for 6 paid adults kinda stingy 2 roll of T.P. We could only get 1 channel on Tv and gave up.
