Summary: I booked this wonderful home through VRBO between 05/23 - 05/26 for my family and relatives who came to attend my daughter’s grad party and also celebrate my daughter’s birthday at the property. We couldn’t have booked a better home than this for our group size of 25. The property was very clean and looked new. Kudos to the owner who had maintained it very well!! All rooms were very spacious with 2 beds in most of the rooms and plenty of space to move around. Swimming pool was a big plus especially with kids who almost spent an entire day. I tried my best to take everyone to nearby Saugatuck beach but no one wanted to move out of home as there were lot of things to explore in this 45 acres farm land. We were planning to use the Barn for our daughter’s birthday party but dining hall was spacious enough to host 50 people including our friends. Grills were available in the property which we made the best use of it. Home owner was very kind and accommodated our small requests. Overall it was a great experience in Fennville, MI which we have known only for Apple picking. Thank you very much for helping to create wonderful moments with my family and relatives!

Summary: We rented this house for our 10th wedding anniversary and stayed with a couple of families, including kids. It was the perfect place for our celebration! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space.The property itself was beautiful and large, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The biggest highlight was the barn with the party area and music setup—it was an absolute hit and made our celebration even more special!The management team was excellent—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this house for any special gathering!

Summary: Plenty of room for all! We had 3 families with 5 children ages 8 to 16 and there was something for everyone to do. The fishing was great. Huge bluegill and lots of large mouth bass. The pool was a big hit with the diving board and slide. Close to oval beach and restaurant. We had a few issues which Chase took care of right away. Very peaceful location.

Summary: We were a family of 13 arriving from New Jersey, Switzerland, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota. The property exceeded everyone’s expectations. We fished, hiked and played games in the barn. We even had one guest in power wheelchair that we made work because Chase was kind enough to measure all the steps and doorways prior to arrival. We saw deer every morning, went fishing in pond and had incredible catches, A brand new nest of baby bunnies showed up in the hosta plant near the front door. The pool was clean and amazing. Saugatauk and beaches were close by. We were even able to ride our e-bikes to the beach. Thank you for an unforgettable week.
