Positive: Close to banff and Mt Norquay.

Negative: I had great deal on 2 nights stay price was amazing. However, resort need alot of improvement.. they have outdoor hot pool and indoor hot pool and indoor swimming pool which are not getting cleaned up properly and water smells bad and needs more attention on change room and shower room and water quality. Room was average. But they dont do housekeeping everyday unless you request to do.

Negative: The room was old and run down. Multiple water stains on the drywall ceiling, rusty accessories in the bathroom, holes in the drywall, and the linen closet at the front had a bad smell.

Positive: I liked how effortless it was to get checked in and out. The staff were very knowledgeable and on top of what needed to be done. Parking was great and close to the rooms.

Negative: I felt the pool was quite a let-down. It is one of the main reasons we go here; however, the change rooms weren't particularly clean, there were rocks on the floor, and it was extremely busy in the outdoor tub since that was all that was clean to go in.
