Positive: A really good hotel.
Negative: At breakfast time the jam and butter was in dishes on the table with no coving on them, so that people could breath over them…we did not use this because we didn’t know who else had handled them etc…they should really be covered or be in packets for hygiene reasons. Bit funny why you had to ask for fruit juice and it was not in a machine so you could help yourself.

Positive: A well run and exceptionally clean centrally located hotel in Banff. Very friendly and outstanding service from Anna ,Joel and the whole front desk team who went above and beyond for us when we encountered a problem which made us have to extend our stay. The hotel is bright ,modern and exceptionally clean, with the benefit of a lovely outdoor small pool and sauna . Breakfast was well laid out , with varied choice ,and plentiful.. The breakfast team were professional and friendly and worked tirelessly to keep items stocked. The hotel also has an excellent Baritsa coffee shop and and outdoor terrace for people watching on Banff Avenue. We will return and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
