Positive: Beautiful property in a pine forest; amazing stuff that makes you feel welcomed

Negative: Things were breaking down all the time (we came at the end of season): the fridge didn’t work when we arrived, then the light at the entrance, then we didn’t have electricity for a half day. The smell in one of the bathroom was so awful that we couldn’t use it, and it wasn’t fixed during our stay.

Positive: The landscape was pretty with the mountains rising straight behind the hotel The sea was warm and very clean The staff were very friendly The food was great We asked to move the room and our request was satisfied (for extra fee)

Negative: The air conditioning in the room was almost nonexistent Noise levels in the evening were very high- from the hotels next door and our own hotel Coffee machines were constantly breaking up in the main restaurant- need to change them out Levels or cleanliness around the hotel are below average, old dirty carpets are seen throughout the floors Hotel requires renovation

Summary: The food and the nature around the hotel are great but the facilities require renovation

Negative: The pool was not clean throughout the day. There was clearly shortage of staff, as the tables weren’t cleaned quickly, glasses around the pool. Bars were also under staffed, as there were long queues. The clown was not always politically correct, he made kids feel strange sometimes.

Positive: Property is located in the nice area, nature is very nice.

Negative: Food was the same all 8 nights and not many choices of food, drinks so so also. Entertainment was not so bad just Bingo on Friday night ruined everything. Hotel is oriented for elderly people . Nothing to do for the younger . A la carte didn’t work. Only main restaurant.

Positive: Good location and very friendly staff. Food was good with a variety of restaurants to choice from.

Negative: The pool closed to early. It would have been better stay if the pool had stayed open until 8pm.
