Positive: Nice hotel on the second line, many pools and very good pool for kids, superb variety of food. Overall good quality of the facilities and pleasant experience.

Negative: All pools are closing at 18.00 and kids pool also open only at 10.00 in the morning. This is strange working time especially for the kids who tend to wake up early. Staff at the reception area is not very welcoming, indifferent to the guests.

Negative: When to use the beach but everyone was packed in like sardines so not realy anything for solo guests just couples and families

Positive: My family and I had a great summer holiday at this hotel. Service, entertainment, animation for children, swimming pools, service staff, food at the highest level, and especially - the nature that surrounds the hotel. This is the place where you can spend unforgettable impressions with your family! Special thanks to Semra Kaya (I apologize in advance if I wrote the last name and first name incorrectly) for cleaning the room, everything was Super! Positive: The resort had many different spaces to use. Food options were various and from many different restaurants. Many spaces for kids. Staff were super firendly and helpful.

Negative: Timimg for resurants were short for me (2 hours for each meal), the down side was that one burgur place was open after 9 pm which had only burgur and fries, so not vegan friendly as such. Many of the staff had limited english (close to non in some cases) which made it a bit hard to communicate.

Summary: It was a pleasant stay overall.

Positive: The staff are very helpful and the cleaners are great! It was a nice resort and the entertainment was good. They had lots of options for drinks :)

Negative: No beach access so that was a bit disappointing. The buffer was good but not amazing, and they only 2 hours for dinner which I though was really short. The mattresses are very firm, it was too much for me.

Positive: Beautiful location and beach, great pools and perfect for kids, amazing food and drinks, comfortable room, fun entertainment.

Negative: It would have been good to have the bathroom (mainly the toilet and sink) more thoroughly cleaned by the cleaning staff during our stay. It would also be nice to provide some kind of Halloween event for the kids on Halloween.
