Positive: Location is good, beach is nice, good price

Negative: The food was the same every day, the mattress was too soft. It's unclear why the toilet near the beach only worked until lunchtime.

Summary: The location is good, but this hotel is not ultra all inclusive from my point of view

Positive: Exceptional exterior, gardens and a coast side things. SPA is awesome and has professional masseuses. Cocktails and food are tasty, the staff is really helpful and cheerful.

Negative: It's not a disadvantage of a hotel, just be aware that address on booking is pretty far away from actual. But location for me was better than Kemer :)

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Rose Garden Premium Hotel in Antalya. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The food was tasty and varied — I especially liked the breakfasts and grilled dishes. The pool area and garden were well maintained, and the sea was only a short walk away. Everything was well organized, and I felt truly welcome during my stay. Special thanks to Viktoria for her kindness, attention, and professional assistance — she made my stay even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. Stayed in October 2025.

Negative: I would like to share some observations after my second stay at Rose Garden Premium Hotel this year. The first thing that surprised me was that I sent my preferences and questions through Booking before my arrival, but unfortunately I never received a reply. I was also disappointed that, although this was my second visit, there was no welcome gesture or compliment from the hotel, which would have been a nice touch. Since I can compare both of my visits, I would like to point out several issues and sincerely hope the hotel owner or manager will take them into consideration. Please remove the plastic cups — they look cloudy, are poorly washed by the machine, and give the impression of being dirty. Guests constantly have to ask for glass cups, and there are too few of them. Original branded drinks such as Baileys liqueur were missing this time, although during my first visit I could enjoy a small glass of it with coffee in the morning. One evening at the lobby bar I asked for Absolut vodka. There was a bottle on the shelf, but the female bartender said in Turkish to the male bartender that it was “for guests” and to pour another one instead. I pretended not to understand, but it was quite unpleasant — I wanted to ask, “and who am I then?” Fortunately, the male bartender opened it and poured me a glass, but after that night I never saw Absolut vodka again during my 10-day stay. I also noticed a general sense of cost-cutting: no Coca-Cola in cans, shortage of dessert spoons and forks (I had to use dinner cutlery), and the food selection was weaker than before. During my first visit there was lamb, beef, and salmon; this time only oxtail — one piece shared between many guests. I was shocked to see grapes served unwashed, lying on a white tray with traces of soil and dirty water at the bottom. Grapes should be soaked for at least an hour and rinsed under running water.

Negative: At first glance, the hotel looks absolutely charming — the exterior is clean, neat, and has a lovely French flair. The lobby is tastefully decorated, with perfectly chosen colors that create an elegant and cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, that positive first impression fades once you enter the rooms. The rooms could be much cleaner, especially the bathroom. We were three adult women and booked a triple room, but we received one double bed and one extra (child-sized) bed. The room was extremely small — we could barely move around. Despite being three guests, we constantly received amenities for only two people (two towels, two bottles of water, etc.), which was quite frustrating. The hotel advertises itself as “ultra all inclusive,” but it definitely isn’t. Yes, food was available throughout the day, but the selection was very limited and mostly vegetarian. Meat options were poor — grilled chicken, fried fish, or minced meatballs from time to time. The salad bar was good, but the desserts were terrible — everything tasted the same, just in different colors. Fruit options never changed once during our stay. Overall, it felt like the goal was to save as much as possible by using the cheapest ingredients. Another disappointing detail was that lunch and dinner tables were not set with tablecloths, only paper covers — which might be fine for breakfast, but not for main meals in a supposedly high-standard hotel. The only evening that stood out positively was in the à la carte restaurant, where everything was finally as it should be — proper tablecloths, clean dishes, glass cups, and a nice atmosphere. However, even there we had an unpleasant experience. A large group of Turkish ladies sitting behind us was served baklava for dessert, while we received a simple milk-based cake. When I kindly asked if baklava was available (even if we had to pay extra), I was coldly told “no,” despite clearly seeing it served at the next table.

Positive: Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were very clean and they are cleaned perfectly every day. Restaurants serves a lot of different dishes so there is something for everyone. There is many places to relax in the garden and around pool. Spa and the service in the spa is very good, you can choose from getting a pedicure and manicure, getting a nice relaxing massage or just enjoy free sauna and turkish baths. Beach is on a 2 minute walk from the hotel and it is connected perfectly, there you have a bar for some quick drinks and snacks. In the evenings there is nice events such as DJ or live music. Additionally, representative of the hotel, Victoria, is very welcoming and checks up on you during your stay to make sure you are enjoying which is very nice.

Negative: Not many things to dislike, very good hotel but the staff could be better. Not a lot of english speaking staff members which makes it hard to communicate if you need something or have some specific requests and they could definitely be more motivated to work.

Summary: Very nice and relaxing stay, definitely worth the visit and the price.

Positive: The food was excellent. Very friendly staff, rooms are nice. I have been in bigger and more expensive hotels in Kemer, but Rose garden premium overcame my expectations with all the service details and food quality and cozy atmosphere. The DJ is with the good taste, the music was Pleasant througout the day. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants calm and cozy holidays with nice food and drinks, all the fresh juice drinks have zero added suger and seasonal fruit selection is great.

Negative: Only downfall is that sauna was between 60-65 degrees Celsius, hamam also had a low temperature.
