Positive: Janice and her husband were wonderful and very nice. They made our stay exceptional. My wife lost her phone on the long walk to the estuary. Janice found it after a long search. The accommodations were great, and the room, kitchen, and bathroom were user friendly and fully stocked. They had lots of tourism maps, books and guides. We would stay there again. The location is excellent with fantastic views.

Positive: Great location and Janice was very good at describing how to get to the property. The bee was great and Janice provided binoculars for dolphin and seal spotting, and a telescope for stargazing. There was a number of leaflets, brochures and business cards to help plan your days in Skye. Janice even wrote my name on a little chalk board to signify my stay area.

Positive: Janice was such a warm and inviting hostess. The accommodations were sparkling clean and comfortable and the view was gorgeous! A quick 15 minute drive to Portree.

Negative: The “beach” is very rocky with no proper trail to get down to it. My suggestions (not a criticism, just a thought) would be to put in a trail and maybe a small sitting area. And if there had been a small balcony to sit on while at our room that would have been absolutely perfect. We loved looking out the windows and using the binoculars to find wildlife but you can’t see out the windows very well when you’re seated inside.
