Positive: The facilities were fantastic. Smart, tidy and very clean. Everything for self catering accommodation was accounted for, making for an easy relaxed stay. Great value for the cost.

Negative: Whilst we understand that there is not much that can be done to change the upstairs ceiling height, I had to be careful of the low beams in the bedroom and bathroom. However, the lower ceiling height didn't affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: It was very clean, comfortable and in a great setting for visiting areas like Scarborough whitby robinhoods bay . Well equipped and good quality.

Negative: The one and only draw back was no shower. Only a problem because i had sciatica and couldnt get in and out of the bath. As the roof was low couldnt stand in the bath either.

Negative: The shower was not possible to use as a shower, description stated shower attachment on bath but no pictures were shown of bathroom and could not stand up in shower and did not like that the host entered the cottage when we had gone out, when we asked if someone had been in while we were not there, we were told they had gone to sort out tv but why could they not have called when we were in.

Positive: Breakfast was not included, though a welcome pack was provided which was brilliant. The place was quaint and in a lovely location, well within distance of the places we wished to see.

Negative: The bathroom was very small and the shower part was really to be honest unusable due to the room size and no curtain, so the option was a bath or nothing. Both I and my partner are just over five foot tall and could only just stand in the bath. This to be honest is a minor thing and in no way spoils our stay.

Summary: Apart from the bathroom, all was excellant.

Positive: Beautiful little cottage with amazing restaurants nearby. The bed was so comfortable and even with a travel cot there was loads of room and storage. Downstairs had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay! Lovely outdoor area too with secure parking right outside of the cottage.

Negative: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Summary: A fantastic break and we’ll definitely be returning.
