Positive: The little guest house is in a typical Italian apartment block and has a terrace which is great for breakfast and meals. It is very convenient for the bus from Rome and a pleasant walk to Hadrian’s Villa. Stefano was very helpful with travel advice. The accommodation was very quiet. The beds are comfortable and the shower hot. The breakfast was self-service and a basic limited one of packaged supermarket pastries, cereals and tea and coffee which was OK for us but nothing like shown in the photos.

Negative: The only thing would be to clean under the beds and dust along the bedstead.

Summary: Affordable and quiet place a nice walk to Hadrian’s Villa

Positive: Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and a frig available. Room had small deck attached to dry clothing items on a rack. Great supermarket close by. Bus from near tivoli train station stopped 100m away but not clear information given as to which bus or where to catch it from or get off.

Negative: Water would suddenly go cold while in shower. Shower entry very tight and shower so small it was hard to pick up shampoo or wash your hair. Breakfast was coffe or tea, cornflakes and milk and some long life prewrapped cakes. If you wanted the fresh croissants shown on the host site you buy them downstairs in cafe with a ticket to get 10% discount. No information in English as to how to use TV to get English channels or info about local sites or how to get to them by bus or how to reset hot water when power went off. Host didn't mention that nov 1st was national holiday so cafe would be closed so no bus ticket sales or breakfast available.

Summary: Small family run apartment 1300m from Hadrians Villa.

Positive: The room and bathroom were very clean.

Negative: We wish there was a greater varity of food offered for breakfast. The breakfast was self-serving so it mostly consisted of wrapped pasteries. The kitchen could use some more amenities such as the basics: salt, pepper, oil... so that people can also cook their own food.
