Positive: Host very helpful and kind and offered lots of information on the local area .. He met us at the tower house to help us with checking in .. communication was super .. loved the layout and distance easy walk to town

Negative: Be aware there are about 4 or 5 dogs that bark continuously and all throughout the night we didn’t get much sleep . Think they belong to the owner of the land area .. can’t fault the host or the tower house as they are beautiful

Summary: Lovely tower house .. beautiful gardens but dog barking noise is a pain at times

Positive: Good location outside of town by olive groves and very close to villa adriana. Interesting, characterful building. Very clean. Host was really helpful.

Negative: Tiny kitchen- found it difficult to cook. Cleaners waiting out side for us to leave property- felt pressured to leave. Difficult to get a larger car in and out of property

Positive: Nice place with wonderful views to Tivoli and to park, near main points of Tivoli, well equipped

Negative: It looks like a room of the former guard of the villa’s gates. Now villa is guarded by three big dogs, that can’t be switched off and bark any time they want 24/7. The entrance to the parking through the side garden gates wasn’t for our bmw 3 touring due to its low clearence (ride hight), so we’ve had to park it on the road before the gates. Internet connection and speed were unstable, but the host will manage with it for sure.
