Positive: Location was great, with a lot of space. You can see San Marks Basilica dome from the terrace. Many restaurants around with lunch menu E16 only. Try pizza cross street of the building it is the best in town. The apt is 2 minutes walking to Saint Marks square and Basilica. Communication was great. They contacts us in advance to learn of our arrival time and we are so thankful they let us check in earlier. They were available to answer question in a matter of minutes. If you want to enter the Basilica just need to pay $3 at entrance just be there at 8:45 am you will be between the first people in the queue When come back to Venice this will be our place to stay.

Negative: For us it was no a problem walking up and down steps but people with mobility problems should be aware that there is many steps to to reach the apartment. Keep in mind is Venice and most of the buildings are old architecture so that is part of the beauty of Venice.

Summary: Awesome stay in a beautiful city! Don’t think twice to visit Benuce and stay in Attick apartment!

Positive: Fantastic location and very welcoming hosts. The apartment was exceptional, every detail covered. The patio was great for siting out admiring Venice.

Summary: Excellent accommodation and host. This is a must place to stay if you are planning to stay in Venice. Loved it.

Positive: A wonderful apartment which couldn't have been in a more central location. Very much worth the climb up the stairs! Everything was comfortable and clean, and the terrace was just perfect. Everything you need is there- dishwasher, toiletries, even a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Thank you so much, I can't wait to return.

Negative: Not a problem for me, but people with mobility issues should know that the apartment is on the very top floor of a high building without a lift, so there are a lot of stairs to climb.

Positive: A unique apartment right next to San Marco square, with a very interesting and welcoming classical decoration that made you feel like you traveled back in time. Our host was very helpful and responded to our questions and needs right away. He gave us some interesting information on life in Venice and suggested some nice restaurants. We would love to return sometime in the future ;thank you for this unique experience!
