Summary: Hidden hideaway from the bustling city. Very helpful staff. Have us a map of places to eat for dinner and breakfast. Location allowed us to take the bus to explore the city.

Summary: Nice room, kinda nice there was a stove top and a fridge. Homeless people out side not aggressive, 7-11 nextdoor was subpar but worked out. Definitely worth the price compared to our room at the Hilton resort on Waikiki

Summary: No restaurant at this hotel. Have to walk across the street to the Marriott if you want to eat. This place is located in Chinatown, and it is not possible to get Western food close by, other than going to other hotels nearby.

Summary: Needed a place for one night prior to the cruise and close to the pier. You have to go down the escalators to check in..that’s what makes this place safe. You then get a key fob to go to your floor (and no other floor). Room is clean and spacious with views of pier. 7-11 next door and first stop was Masubi! Delicious! We walked to dinner and walked through the historical sites back to the hotel at night. I would have someone with you as there’s homeless around just to be safe during the night. Would stay again.

Summary: Communication was amazing! They texted reminders, welcome messages and even helped us sort out parking ahead of our arrival. Hotel and rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The views were great from the 37th floor and there were several dining options nearby. Rooms were spacious and it was convenient gaving laundry! The parking garage ramps are steep but we were glad to have a designated spot texted to us on arrival day and liked that we could go in and out as much as we needed to during our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Would stay again!
