Summary: This is a comfortable one room place to stay in a convenient location. One note, there are no windows to the outside so it is a little dark. Recommended to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay near Waikiki.

Summary: The property itself was really great and quiet. Plenty of food places around and a grocery store. I had rented a motorcycle for my stay and the parking was great to have. The only downside was that if you surf, it is kind of a pain walking with a board to the nearest area to surf.

Summary: I usually don’t write reviews but had to share how amazing our stay was! It was one of the best rental stays we've had in recent memory. The entire experience was so well managed. The property manager was so proactive, responsive and kind when they reach out. Check-in and out were well-explained and didn't ask us to do too much. Essentially, a breeze. If you stay anywhere else, parking is a nightly charge or not included. Parking was included and super easy to get in and out of. The beach was just minutes away from us and so is their main shopping center. Such a cozy property that is conveniently located downtown. We walked to Walmart or any restaurant nearby. Everything looks newly renovated and well stocked. We slept so soundly every night with the AC on blast! We couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Summary: Perfect as listed . Chad was a great host attentive. Studio was nice and clean and perfect for our needs. Parking was a bonus and free . Considering Waikiki charges $35-50 per night for parking . Lots of restaurants within walking distance which was nice.
