Positive: Cool views, air conditioning, washer and dryer, clean bedding and towels, good value with the parking.

Negative: Location is okay, parking and elevators make for a process getting in and out. I appreciated general cleanliness and feel upgrades will continue to happen - newer main bedding, cleaner wall tile, kitchen tile, needs better pans (however kitchen decently stocked but tight space for washing dishes.

Positive: It was nice and spacious with excellent views. Well stocked with everything you would need and more, including beach gear, cooler etc. I loved not having to go to the check in, straight up to the room. Also appreciated the full kitchen. Loved the pool and spa. There is a lot of food places right outside including a 7 eleven at the entrance for midnight snacks. Excellent host, Would definitely stay again.

Negative: Beware the parking height is a little tight, check your vehicles height will fit. A lot of homeless outside so be safe with children.

Positive: In Honolulu center, close to everything. No problem with check in, perfect instructions to get keys(I came very late). We had rental car so free parking is a big plus. Accomodation as described, wonderful views from very high floor. Recommend.

Negative: Maybe it's just me because I was an architect but the decor was subpar. All fluorescent lighting and hemless silver fraying drapes, made the evening atmosphere sterile and antiseptic. And lord oh lord when you are choosing laminate flooring pick something that is related to an actual tree. Chinatown where all the restaurants that are open in the evenings has alarmed homeless population.

Positive: The room itself was great! Spacious, great view of the city, great location! 7/11 on the corner of the building was a PLUS!!

Negative: The parking garage clearance was so low and parking spaces were very narrow. It seemed a norm for HI but definitely unusual for me.

Summary: Will stay again (if I’m not driving) 🙂
