Summary: We moved here from the other hotel due to its closeness to the airport, parking on site and elevators. From here we toured the Arizona Memorial and the Polynesian Cultural Center. It was an easy walk to the Queen’s palace but it was not open during our stay. The staff was very helpful and attentive all during our stay. A great place to stay in downtown.

Summary: We were extremely pleased with our stay in AC by Marriott Hotel Honolulu. The hotel is located in a very good location if you are going on a cruise. It was a 20 minutes walk to the pier 2 cruise terminal from hotel. The hotel was not in a congested area. It was a quiet hotel and we got a good nights sleep, The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner got the room cool. The area around hotel and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Summary: Although the hotel was clean, the front desk staff was rude and non professional. The day I checked in I actually wanted to stay a few more days...but immediately the staff started barking out prices and fees like i was some sort of vagrant. I agreed to the fees only to change my mind later and end my stay as originally planned....
