Positive: - nice staff - clean and comfy room + pool - nice view into the jungle - many breakfast choices at the buffet

Negative: - the offered services were all quite expensive - most foods and drinks in the restaurant weren't available - they never cleared away any used glasses at the pool / restaurant, even though they were around doing other stuff - definitely need a car / motorbike to get around

Positive: Amazing atmosphere! You’re truly immersed in the jungle without sacrificing comfort. The views are absolutely unmatched, and the whole setting feels like a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the bed was by far the most comfortable we had on our entire journey. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind — special thanks to Chien!

Negative: Doesn’t always live up to its 4-star standard. Service in the restaurant occasionally struggles with language barriers, and prices are quite high for Vietnamese standards — not all aspects reflect that level. However, the hotel is quite new, and I believe things will balance out over time. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds in particular are so soft and plush. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Miss Sena, who made sure we had the best time possible, even arranging a local tour for us when everything else was sold out.
