Summary: We have stayed at Ascot House four times now and it has been u over sally excellent. Immaculately clean, quiet and very comfortable. Perfect for a stay in York. Good breakfast, reasonable parking. Actually good parking but this may depend on how full the hotel is but can park in street outside if needed. Pleasant staff, unobtrusive but helpful. Altogether a very nice b and b at reasonable price.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. House was beautiful with high ceilings & stained glass windows and warm with holiday decorations. Owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Summary: This B & B was a wonderful place to stay. It was a 20 minute walk to the historic center of York. The area was safe and the walk was easy. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection! Highly recommend!
