Positive: Absolutely lovely house. Looks far better in person than in the pictures! Nice and cosy, lots of space and soft carpets, quick washing machine - and fast drying clothes with ample radiators and an easy accessible clothes horse. Fantastic size. Walking distance to town centre. Amazon Prime on the tv had only action movies which was awesome. I watched some James Bond. My group were comfortable and it was quiet at night, no traffic noise.

Negative: Check out time is 9:30am. That’s all! Everything else is absolutely top quality!

Positive: The location of the property is perfect for York city centre with family or friends. The hot tub in the front porch was a pleasant end of the day relax. The accommodation was spacious and homely. We will return one day.

Negative: The bath had a broken plug so it didn't fill up and the late check in time of 3pm was a pain considering you have to leave at 9.30am giving cleaners 5.5hrs to clean early access could of been sooner.

Positive: Quiet area, yet close to city centre. Friendly and helpful host.

Negative: One of the rooms has no window to the outside; an unfortunate setup during a heatwave (although we could have asked for - and probably would have gotten - a fan).

Positive: Great apartment with loads of room. Books and games provided. The best welcome pack we have ever seen. Lovely location, great cafe round the corner, shops to get provisions close by.. Hot tub was excellent. Lovely outdoor garden furniture to soak up the sun. Bus stop round the corner. Parking for 2 cars. Communication with the host was excellent.

Positive: Church View is a lovely apartment in good location, 20 mins walk from city centre. Very spacious and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was brilliant + the outside hot tub was an added bonus! I would use this apartment again + recommend it!

Negative: A minor thing (easily remedied) - the mattresses on both beds upstairs were pretty uncomfortable + in my opinion need replaced.
