Negative: The on and off or water supply. And no windows at the bath and toilet area. But all are well

Positive: I like the rooms it was clean and comfortable but there is no complementary soap, shampoo and tissue.

Negative: The location was hard to find at first.

Positive: It’s location gives you sea view with Mayon view.

Negative: I wasn’t aware that there’s a beer house inside the property. We arrived at 10-11pm from a long drive and was expecting to rest but there’s a karaoke. I called the owner to ask them to turn off the karaoke because we can still hear it from the room. Glad they did, though. We also had a hard time locking the doors. There were no covers for the sofa bed.

Summary: Overall good except for the karaoke.
