Positive: Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, close view of Mayon Volcano. Breakfast sounded wonderful except had an early flight. Staff kindly provided a healthy takeaway breakfast.

Negative: Poor WiFi in bedroom, needed to be in lobby to use it. Shower was lukewarm.
