Summary: the view of Mayon Volcano is great (only a bit blocked by McDonald's - not hotel's fault). the staff are super friendly and helpful. it is undergoing renovation so hope it will be better in terms of facilities/amenities. it is far from the city for those who need that.

Summary: Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance.
