Positive: It could be the accommodation with one of the best view in Apollo Bay. Quiet location with stunning view.

Negative: more spaces for cars, 5 spaces are not always enough for 5 rooms.

Positive: The location is on the hill and you can meet the wildlife unexpectedly The place is quiet and lucky have the respectful guest house mates. It’s enjoyable staying. The view is great and the location is not hard to reach!

Negative: The bed is not comfortable and the bed sheet and quilts is very dirty. There”re some dirt like dried blood on the quilts. The bathroom door is damaged and the room is very dusty and not very clean.

Summary: The view is good but the room is loss expectation of cleaning and comfort.

Positive: Very good view. All the facilities available for cooking light dinner and watching television. Overall very good place. Kangaroos are roaming around the property, so that's an advantage to watch them so close.

Negative: Small rooms, but adjusted by relaxing in the common room.

Positive: Great location. Lots of wildlife around the accomodation and it was very easy to find. Lots of storage in the room and the shower had great pressure. Beautiful view over the town and down to the ocean!

Negative: The rooms are not very soundproof so you will hear those around you regularly and the bed in Room 2 was extremely uncomfortable. The whole property could do with a deep clean; there were cobwebs in the bedroom and bathroom!

Positive: Location was exemplary!! There view from the room was adequate. The room we had didn't really face the view but can be seen through the window. When you step out on the balcony though the view is amazing!! It was just a tad cold on the days we were there so we couldn't really stay outside for too long. No issue whatsoever, doesn't take away from the amazing experience.

Negative: Only thing would probably be that our exhaust fan in the toilet wasn't working so whenever someone had to go to the toilet, you can probably imagine what the entire room would be like.

Summary: Exemplary location, amazing views, and a highly recommended stay for large groups.
