Positive: Very well renovated little apartment, amazing views of the port and town below, just on the edge of the old town where there are a few nice restaurants, cocktail bars and shops. VERY comfortable bed. Great communication from Nontas from the second we made the booking. He booked a rental car for us, met us at the property to check us in, arranged a walking tour of the town, and we even received not one but two bottles of wine during our stay. If you rent a vehicle we would advise parking it in Eth. Antistaseos 11 street, by the High School, then walk up the steps opposite, there is also a bus stop there. The washing machine was also very useful after travelling for a month.

Negative: No complaints, everything was great! 😊

Summary: Great views, great apartment, great sleeps, great hosts!

Positive: The location is Ano Syros, which is the place I most wanted to see/ experience in Syros. It’s quieter than the port of Ermoupoli but more vibey and relaxed. And it has superb views over Ermoupoli and its port.

Positive: It had all the amenities required. Everything worked. It was clean and perfect for our family of three.

Negative: The steps to the property seemed hard at first but Nontas our host helped with luggage and after one or two times they were five and it was great being so close to the cultural village of Ano Siroa with the pretty walkways, bars and gift shops.

Positive: We loved the flat! It was so comfy, beautifully decorated and the view was great from the balcony! We thought that the space was very well utilised paying attention to details. We had a few neighborhood cats paying us visits on our balcony (which we loved) and we got great local recommendations from the host. Would love to stay here again!

Negative: Maybe for a longer stay it would be good to have an oven and a few more kitchen utensils for cooking.

Positive: Location in Ano Syros was phenomenal and was only a 15 minute walk to Ermoupoli. The place was comfortable for all 4 of us. The views were phenomenal

Negative: The water pressure in the shower wasn’t always the best but totally out of the properties control since we were up on a hill.

Positive: We were greeted by the host promptly on arrival who directed us to parking and gave us a tour of the unit, which was absolutely perfect. The villa was newly renovated, clean and comfortable for a brief stay with 4 adults. The location was great and we felt like a local among the residents. Syros was somewhat of an afterthought when we planned our trip through Greece but it greatly exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend this island for it's beauty, the views, friendly people shopping and food. Wish we could have stayed longer!
