Positive: The location is perfect for those who want peace and nice view. The road to the villa is not the best one, since it is located at a height and almost all of the beaches are around 5-15km away from the villa, so car is obligatory, but that didn't bother us. The nearest beach is Kathisma, if I am not mistaken, but all of them are so, so beautiful.

Negative: The complex of three villas is very nice and quiet, although not good equiped. The beds are really old and uncomfortable (too flat and hard) and the villa we stayed in, Imera, is not modern and luxury as it was in the pictures, not luxury at all. One room is like a retro style, bathroom is modern with new elements, bedrooms are reminiscent of those from 1990, kitchen as well. The accomodation is arranged in a tasteless manner - variations of styles. In the bathroom there was only hot water, no cold water. Also, we couldn't enjoy the view and the pool because there are a lot of wasps and hornets and it is not safe and pleasant at all. The owner should provide some means against insects, especially when there are children in the villa. No clorine has been added to the pool since our arrival. As someone who travels a lot, for this price we expected much much better accomodation, the price does not match the quality.
