Positive: We had a great time in our cottage! It is located close to the most beautiful beaches of the Island. There is a nice Taverna close by in walking distance that is nice and adorable. We loved that we got little local treats as a welcome present! If we needed anything, the response and support was there right away. I missed a kettle to cook water quickly and a bread knife, but this is a minor thing, as the kitchen had a lot other great utensils! For me personally the mattress was too soft - but this of course is a very subjective perception. We would always come back to this wonderful and calm place!

Positive: Mr Theodoro the host was extremely friendly. The location is perfect, with private parking in a newly built house. good communication and hassle -free check-in, very prompt to answer any questions or issues.

Negative: you need to take out the trash if it piles up, but not really a big issue.

Positive: It was a very nice place, new and clean. It is a very quiet area, in the middle of nature. You have to walk a little for taverns and markets. We found olives, orange gem and olive oil when we arrived, from the owner, which we found a nice atention. It is a very nice studio/little house very comfortable, with everything you need.

Negative: The hot water is based on solar energy, and some evenings we didn't had hot water (and I don't refer to hot water like 60 degrease, I mean it should have at least 20-30 degrease, but no, it was very cold). We talk with the owner and we seen small improvement. The cleaning wasn't done in 4 days that we stayed and the trash bag wasn't picked, you have to take the garbage on the nearest street garbage can, which it is not ok (and you need trash bags also)

Positive: It is located in the middle of the western Lefkadian beaches( 30 min by car from Porto Katsiki ora Kathisma ), the wooden houses are newly constructed in 2023, and the host Mr. THEODOROS is one of the best host I've ever meet!!!

Positive: The host is really welcoming and helping with great tips and knowledge about the area and the local products. The three houses are brand new and we really felt like home during our stay. They are well equipped, clean and comfortable with a great private terrace, private parking lot and are located in a quiet area.
