Positive: Apartment was newly renovated and clean, very spacious. Air conditioning and hot water working well. Host was responsive and ready to receive us instantly when we arrived. Good location in the middle of town.

Negative: We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, much of the smaller things could be improved. (1) No toilet sink - we had to brush teeth and wash up at the kitchen sink. (2) No bedsheets - just a single layer of comforter on top of the bed. (3) Small pillows and oddly shaped. (4) Emergency exit light in front of the bedroom could not be switched off at night (due to local laws), but there was also no door or curtain in front of the bedroom so there was a light shining into the bedroom throughout the night, disrupting sleep. (5) Towels provided were half size, too small. (6) No clothes hooks to hang clothes outside the toilet. (7) No sofa area. (8) Only winter blanket provided - a little warm for summer conditions. (9) No power socket near the bed. (10) Wifi connection is good on the second floor, but on the first floor it's quite poor. If some of these could be addressed, I think it would be a much more pleasant stay.

Summary: Newly renovated and spacious, but lacking on the small things.
