Positive: The location is very good, the view is amazing. You can see a beautiful beach that is only 10min walk. The facilities were very good and the staff was very friendly

Negative: The breakfast was not very good, very few options and the servings were to feed a 2-year old (very small). The lunch and dinner was terrible, we didn't eat the food we ordered, so either get a room with kitchen and cook or go to center or port to a tavern. The road to the property is off-road for 2 kilometers so you have to be careful with the car. The nearest supermarket is 30min away as well as the cafes and the restaurants. The andros center is 1 and a half hour away from the hotel

Positive: Last time I went I loved my little house. This time I made the mistake of asking for a sea view. When I said I will just keep my regular house they insisted that I keep the sea view. ( I paid extra )

Negative: The sea view was a bit isolated. Great for a honeymoon but not for me. Close to the stairs to the beach but faraway from the reception and breakfast and pool. It was windy and the sea was cold in June. Ian was wonderful but his father was always heckling me. The final kilometres to the property were a very bad dirt road and scary to drive.

Summary: While I loved this place two years ago this time I was disappointed.
