Positive: Was originally concerned about the location, but it was very safe and secure. My room was surprisingly clean and updated considering the age of the building. Even the elevator (manually ran) showed the building's age. I thought that was cool.

Negative: There wasn't anything to dislike...

Positive: The price was relatively low compared with other properties in the DT of SF, and the suite was clean and comfortable in a whole. By the way, the elevator was quite impressive, so old-fashioned that I even didn’t know how to operate at the very beginning.

Negative: Since it is situated in Tenderloin, the ambient environment is inevitably a bit noisy. In the midnight I could even hear some crazy people roaring on the street.

Positive: Loved the view and hanging out on the fire escape!

Negative: This place would’ve been ok… but , there’s a roach problem and the floors are filthy. But other than that.. the front desk was nice enough to provide us with their broom and mop as well as some raid so at least that :) they also tolerated our late checkout so that was nice.

Summary: Room was fine but they need to fix their pest problem if they’re going to be charging 100 a night
