Positive: It was walking distance from the civic center

Negative: We waited over 15 min to get checked in. There was no one in the front desk, no one answering the phone. When the person did show up he didn’t even apologize for the wait time.

Summary: You get what you pay for.

Positive: The room was very spacious, enjoyed that it had 2 rooms. Main bedroom and the side room that had the restroom and more like a living area.

Negative: We had a few issues, the TV in the main bedroom to start with, everytime you would turn it on the volume did not work unless you disconnected the HDMI cable and back on. Then the AC in the connecting room did not work. The windows also had a few gaps. Lastly the restroom fan did not work. But with all the flaws we still managed to enjoy our stay!

Positive: I liked the inside of the location, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly! I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and being in a great area close to downtown San Francisco
