Positive: A stay that far exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was perfectly renovated, spacious, spotlessly clean, with helpful and polite staff. Truly a five-star experience, just a few steps from the historic center of the city, yet still quiet. We will definitely choose it again and highly recommend it without reservation.

Negative: The breakfast was fresh and tasty; however, on some days it was rich and satisfying, while on others there were shortages, as it was served à la carte and not buffet style. Perhaps the quantity and variety offered should be standardized

Positive: The location was perfect! Close to everything and walkable. The breakfast was oh so yummy. Try the sfogliatelle. Bruna went out of her way to ensure we had an amazing stay. She offered up touring advice, oriented us with a map, and arranged transportation. All of which was extremely helfpful and made our last minute stay superlative. We will absolutely stay again.

Positive: My daughter and I stayed 4 nights in this special accommodation. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, showing us suggestions on a map and giving us restaurant recommendations. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, and even had complimentary drinks and snacks. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The location was perfect for us, with a metro close though we mostly enjoyed walking and exploring.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like, even though we had read good reviews before coming, it exceeded our expectation.

Summary: A memorable stay in beautiful and comfortable accommodation.

Positive: We were welcomed at check in by Bruna who gave us all the information we required about the accommodation and some great advice about Naples itself. The accommodation was immaculate and very modern. Breakfast was top quality and served in the room which was a really good idea. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. We really didn't want to leave. We were able to store our bags after checking out which was greatly appreciated. This meant we could make the most out of our last day in Naples. Not only did they store it but provided a bathroom to freshen up and change before making our way to the airport. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Naples. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay 🙂

Positive: Must stay here! Bruna & Antonio (& Angelica) were AMAZING as was the accommodation. And... the BEST Italian breakfast we've ever had at a hotel.
