Positive: We stayed at Ivan‘s Place, the room was quiet and everything was new and modern. Breakfast was included in the price and we got fresh Crossaints and Coffee with Juice in the morning. We where also allowed to take the breakfast into our room. The Shower and the Whirlpool Bathtub where amazing, we used it every day 😍. The Bed was soft and perfect for me. Ivan was available on WhatsApp 24/7 for us. He lives downstairs with his family and always available for advices around Napoli. Its a small place, i guess only 2 or 3 Rooms, so you can enjoy privacy and silence. After check out he offered us to keep our luggage for free and gave us keys to pick up later whenever we want. After pciking up he served us more coffee for free and explained us how to get to the Airport and he was very friendly and polite all time. We enjoyed Napoli a lot. Around the place there is lot of choice for good Pizza and Pasta. Also the historical center is near.

Positive: I really liked the room — it was comfortable and clean. The hot tub was a great bonus and very relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated the shared kitchen, which was well equipped and very nice to use.

Positive: We were the first guests to stay at the King Suite with jacuzzi. Ivan and his sister are truly hospitable people that we'll go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. Genuinely interested and friendly people. The location is excellent in central area of Naples where you can experience the true Napolitano vibes. The suite is brand new, very spacious and everything works perfectly. The jacuzzi is one of the largest I have used in a hotel room and I am considered a big and tall guy. There is also a private garage just 2 minutes away where I safely parked my motorbike. Can't recommend rooftop 14 highly enough and we'll definitely come back!
