Summary: Wonderful stay at this property. Very convenient location, close to everything. We arrived on a Sunday and a little surprised by no staff on duty. Since it's last minute booking, Marco couldn't contact us while we were in the aircraft. However, he was very helpful by providing us all the details, very accommodating. The room is big and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. And will recommend to my friends.

Summary: Beautiful and clean room. Love the view from the balcony! Staff were courteous and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Too bad I didn’t order the Napoli Sfogliatellas riccia and frolla dessert. I live that breakfast was brought to our room! One little detail that I think staff should keep in mind for travelers, they should pack a cold breakfast a day before for guests who are leaving early to the centrale to catch a train. I paid for my two nights stay & breakfast. Just something to consider. Thank you for your hospitality!

Summary: The front desk agent was welcoming and did a great job attending to my needs as I arrived before check in time. She provided recommendations of places to eat and even helped direct me to Pompeii via public transport which saved me money. The room was clean and staff prompt when responding to questions.

Summary: The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was wonderful! The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was really good, timely and well done. Marco at the front desk was super accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! The location was within walking distance of absolutely everything we wanted to see. Great central location!

Summary: Had a great stay at this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the way the balcony doors opened and let in fresh cool air. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast that was delivered to my room was great.

Summary: Everything was wonderful for my week long stay in Napoli at Dimora Duomo. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast each day was a perfect start to the day. My room was large with high ceiling, excellent air conditioning, a small kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Check in was smooth and entering / exiting the property was easy. I will look to stay here again on my next visit to Napoli.

Summary: There is a lot to love! The location is great, only a short walk to everything you want to see. The staff communicated before and during our stay and were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a great perk and there were a lot of options to choose from. It was even better that it was delivered right to your room. The room was very comfortable - the mattress was great, the shower was very large. If you are headed to Naples, don't hesitate to book here!
