Summary: Nice hotel, courteous staff, great location, but ridiculous you had to pay for parking.

Summary: Room was nice and modern, very clean. Front desk was very nice and helpful (Brandon, maybe?) The location was great, quiet but active neighborhood and super convenient to the green line train @ Cleveland Circle. The refrigerator was not very cold (slightly chilly at the very best) and the mattress was a little too hard….but these were minor issues and no big deal.

Summary: Very frustrating that the AC did not run properly. Impossible to keep fan going and we were warm both nights. Also frustrating to not have bathroom door to close. Those sliding doors are not making anyone happy....

Summary: The room was just marginally clean, but the worst was in the morning about 7:30 I wanted breakfast and the only thing they had was a buffet which I did not want ...To much food...

Summary: Modern, clean hotel. Beds are hard. Walls are thin so noisy rooms. They charge a $25/day resort fee and you get $25/day in restaurant credits. Restaurant = poor. Cleveland Circle has seen better days. About a 25 minute walk to Boston College.

Summary: Everything was great in my room! It was very clean and roomy. Loved the benches to put your bags. The desk was super helpful. Only complaint and it was not in my room...in another room of our party there was no hot water.
