Summary: This is a great location, especially if you’re attending a concert or game at Fenway Park. Five minute walk to the T and a quick ride to the Fenway station. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also surprisingly quiet for an old building. Lots of character and a beautiful neighborhood.

Summary: I love this quaint little hotel. Parking in the back is easy, even with a short-bed Silverado. I have stayed here several times over the years that my daughter has been at Berklee. I'll miss this place as she now has graduated.

Summary: This place is awesome. Reminds me of the old inns in Cape May, NJ. I checked in on an unusually warm day in Boston and the staff offered me a cooler room on a lower floor. So kind! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and it was quiet. Great, walkable neighborhood as well! I’d definitely stay here again.

Summary: The location is convenient for getting around Brookline, but guests should be warned about the many stairs in the building. Getting to the top floor rooms is not for the faint of heart. And, at least in the winter, the room I was given was quite cold. When I asked about heat, I was told I had the warmest room in the house and that I should keep the heat in by closing the blinds and curtains.

Summary: The property is only 19 rooms in a 3 floor walkup. The building is old and although my room was clean, the conditiona are a bit shabby. The front desk person was capable and nice enough.
