Positive: Friendly host; cozy room; very clean; very quiet. Some good restaurants nearby.
Negative: We had the Irish Pub room on the top floor, so lots of stairs--plus stairs from street level to the front door. But that's not unusual for establishments in this category.

Positive: Natalie is a great host. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. You can use a shared full kitchen with all you need. We rarely saw the other guests so the shared bathroom actually felt like private. Definitely would stay again.
