Summary: The space was clean and spacious. Location is convenient to T (Green Line) and Dining. There are a few steps to get up to the space. If you have some health conditions that makes it hard for steps, you should ask about it but not a detractor for most. Host was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The property was exactly as described. Worked perfectly for our family of 4 who came to explore Boston for the first time. We didn't have a car but the subway access was great and Uber'd a few times without issue. We attended a game at Fenway and spent the majority of our time exploring downtown Boston. The place was clean, comfortable and communication with the owners was excellent. Would stay here again.

Summary: Erin's place is spacious, bright, clean, comfortable, well-designed. It was a wonderful base of operations for my family of 4 while in town for a graduation. Grocery stores nearby, and plenty of other of little places we didn't have time to explore. The nearby bus and the T stops were key for getting around. Erin was responsive and helpful!

Summary: We stayed in Erin’s apartment for our son’s graduation from BC. Super walkable to & from BC, with a convenience store, restaurants, and coffee shops all walkable also. Highly recommend to anyone visiting a BC student!

Summary: The place was very clean, and convenient to Boston sights, food, and other attractions. It is on the top floor, so lots of stairs that we hadn't anticipated.

Summary: We discovered this gem when looking for a place for our family to stay while visiting colleges in the Boston area. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and convenient especially to BC. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped which is unusual & made it easy for us to enjoy a few meals here. It was the perfect home base for a trip to Boston & I am certain we will stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!
