Summary: This property captures west coast living. Eagles soared around us daily. The decor lends itself to easy living. We had 7 people over the weekend and everyone was in awe of the views and artwork. The hot tub provided a nice escape after a day of hiking beautiful trails of quadra island.

Summary: Outstanding! The best! Unique humongous log house. Sensational views of the sound. Peace in its surroundings. Perfect location. Far away from the maddening crowd. Everything was perfect. Family of 7. Ages 63 till 3. The views, the home, the comfort, 5 full perfect bedrooms, the sights, sounds, beach, fresh oysters and clams galore. Starfish, hummingbirds, seals, mink, lobster, crabs and so much more. This property just could not be better! Hot tub, decks, mooring for boats, canoes.... Thank you to the owners.

Summary: Stunning location and a house that is truly a work of art. Perfect if you have a boat as there is a private dock. Come supplied as it is a drive to the store but worth it.

Summary: The view and home was exceptional. Beauty everywhere you looked. Every day we explored- from the seashore below the home, to the many Quadra and Cortez Islands nature offerings. Loved every minute.

Summary: Property exceeded expectations in all respects. The home was absolutely amazing with it craftmanship (wood beam structure) and native artwork. The views were outstanding both from inside the home and large patio where we spent much of our time both lounging and having our meals. The private dock where we kept our boat was a both convenient and very easy to get in and out of (water and power available). We used this property for three couples (family and friends) as a place to stay while exploring Desolation Sound and the Discovery Islands by boat. It was an amazing trip in all respects made that much more special by the accommodations here.. Grant picked up my boat in Victoria and transported it directly to the private dock and back... the epitome of accommodating. Great property and great people to deal with! Thanks so much Grant and Shiva!
