- We gladly welcome bachelor and bachelorette party groups! Just let us know in advance, and we can provide recommendations for your celebrations. - We also host golf trips, business retreats, family reunions, and milestone birthday gatherings.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy private access to both apartments via smart locks, each accessed from the exterior. Please be considerate of your neighbors regarding noise, trash, and parking. Parking is available on the street (subject to posted signs) or in a paid lot at the end of our block.
Important Notes:
- Off-street parking is not included. Street parking is free but can be challenging to find; paid parking is available nearby.
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per pet (per stay). Please inform us before booking.
- Each living room has a 55” Smart TV, but please note we do not offer cable TV.
- To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, noise sensors are installed to monitor noise levels (no audio is recorded). As long as you avoid excessive partying, you should have nothing to worry about!
- In compliance with Atlantic City regulations, we cannot rent to groups under the age of 21.

Summary: Alex's home was perfect for my brother's bachelor party – we had a group of 15 guys, and we had plenty of space and beds for everyone. We rented the whole property – both units, all three floors – which I would recommend for a group of that size. There were enough toiletries, towels, wash cloths, dishes, and Keurig coffee for all of us, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Alex was also a very communicative host. Would rent from again.
