This lovely 2 bedroom apartment has all you need with open plan lounge, dine and fully equipped Kitchen RCAC, Huge Smart TV, DVD, Wii console and games, Nespresso Coffee machine, large comfy couches all you need to do is pour the wine sit back and relax and all just a hop skip and a jump from the stunning beach of Carrickalinga.
The complex has 6 individually owned apartments for holiday rental which is perfect for family or group getaways giving everyone space of their own to unwind and relax.
This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen. If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

Summary: Great location and facilities. We will be back. We had an issue with not receiving any instructions for check in and being unable to contact anyone from the agency. But managed to get a response via messenger. Delayed our check in by 2 hours.

I think a bit more cleaning may need to be done, a very strong smell of decaying mice, but apart from that it’s a wonderful place for families!

They are perfect for our purposes. Pity the spa didn’t work this year but not going to down score the units for that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A comfortable place to stay for 4 people. Well furnished and plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Beds comfy and heater/AC worked well. Good water pressure in the shower and lots of hooks and rails for hanging things in the bathroom. Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid box available if required. On arrival the kitchen floor was sticky and hadn't been cleaned properly after previous guests. Sticky enough that we mopped it ourselves. Dead cockroaches found in kitchen cupboards also. Netflix is only available if you have your own account (ie. No guest account) and the Nintendo Wii needed AA batteries. There was a cupboard filled with games, puzzles and colouring books - good for younger kids.The half court tennis court we used a lot but it was too cold to test out pool or spa. It was a convenient place to stay and walking distance to the beach. Could hear waves at night but also the guest voices in next unit as bedrooms must be sharing walls. Luckily they weren't a noisy family or loud snorers! Despite what might sound quite negative we had a great stay and the owners clearly want guests to feel welcome and at home.

Reviewer Comments: We were originally booked into Unit 2, but moved to Unit 4 after there was a serious water leak. The staff were very helpful at this time. We had 3 nights in the "new" unit and it was very comfortable. Clean and comfortable, and BBQ area was functional. Nice outlook onto half court tennis. Just a very enjoyable stay, with plenty of places to drive and explore.

Summary: A 3 minute walk to the beach, pool within 10metres of the front door, a Tennis court directly infront and a hill to hike out the back. Plenty of wildlife to see too.
