I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful time at the Carrickalinga Cove Apartments. Our only complaint, if you could call it that, was that all wardrobes were locked and one had nowhere to put clothes. We used the spare bedroom as our dressing room rather than leave clothes on the floor. Also would be good to have a mop so that we could leave unit as we found it. The other matters that need a bit of attention were the swimming pool needed a clean, while OK to swim in the floor of the pool was quite dirty. Also the kangaroos! Know not much can be done about their visits but the lawn outside the unit was like a mine field of kangaroo droppings, one had to really watch where you walked. Other than that very enjoyable, would certainly recommend.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit itself was in need of upgrading. Coffee table needs sanding back, marks all over the top. Lounge was comfy, main bed was hard as anything. Only 1 lot of dishwashing powder for 4 nights. Pool and tennis courts were great.
