4 Bedroom Bed & Breakfast in Broompark, Durham

My Way is a detached house just outside Durham City with a guest apartment and rooms on the ground floor overlooking large gardens with stunning views for our guests to enjoy during their stay. The apartment has 4 ensuite modern boutique style rooms and an open plan kitchen dining room and lounge.
It has a large garden and patio decking area with hot tub, chairs and tables and sun loungers which leads down to our garden sauna pod.
We are located adjacent to a network of footpaths, cycle paths and bridle ways, making it an ideal place for people who enjoy the outdoors. We are also very close to a range of pubs, restaurants, shops, banks and attractions. Durham Cathedral, Castle, University and Railway Station are only 2.3 miles from the house - only 5-10 minutes by car.
We are extremely flexible and will do our best to accommodate guest requirements. We will happily store bikes and equipment, welcome well behaved dogs.
Please note the owners live on site (unless we are away) and will be about most of the time if you need anything during your stay.

Summary: I was in town for work and was able to get everywhere relatively easily. The bonus of coming home to a hot tub was beyond compare.

Summary: From the booking process to hospitality and communication, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation covered all our needs, with the welcomed addition of sauna and hot tub. Truly a gem of a place to enjoy a family get away holiday.

Summary: We had a brilliant time. House and garden was great. 4 great bedrooms all ensuite and large gardens but best bit was there was only a 100 metre walk with no lead on for the dog, down to the railway paths where the walking/cycling was fab. Although the hosts live at the front of the house and use the garden themselves they were very discrete and we didn’t hear them and tried not to let them hear us, so not the place if you want to play loud music orbe very noisy.! Loads of crockery in kitchen diner/sitting room but if you keen to cook take big pans/trays/bowls etc. Hosts were fantastically friendly and put up with our quite noisy badminton and other outside games . In all a fab place, we would definitely return.
