Positive: Very spacious, very comfortable, very clean, lovely facilities. En-suite bathrooms to every bedroom and a downstairs toilet. Historical features like the beams, steps and old turnip-processing machine. Plenty of everything for 6 people. We didn’t bring our dog but appreciate the secure garden if we had done.

Negative: It’s a little way out of Durham itself - but quiet and peaceful.

Summary: Beautiful property and very spacious for 6 people.

Positive: everything was perfect, attention to detail, cleanliness, there was even a large shelf full of soft clean white towels to use. Prosecco and chocs were a lovely little extra touch!
