Summary: We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this house. The property was very clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were of a high standard - especially the en-suite bath! For visiting Durham this was a perfect retreat, we could walk into town in less than half an hour and also uber taxis were never far away. We had an amzing meal at 'Zen' a Thai restaurant in Durham - highly recommend. Durham has changed a lot since we were at school there - 40 years ago! There are now many high quality bars and restaurants, attracting all demographics, making for a great night out. All in all a fantastic long weekend in a very relaxing home from home. In addition, Jane was a perfect host, very quick to respond to queries and making us feel very welcome.
