Positive: I liked how clean it was and had everything you needed location could have been better but we knew that when we booked

Negative: A TV in one bedroom would have been nice but not essential

Positive: Location, plenty of really good indoor spaces - as the weather was a bit iffy; the balcony; comfort in all the bedrooms and bathrooms; plenty of hot water; provision of all things kitchen to a superb degree; dog friendly, baby friendly - the conservatory was the ideal 'playroom'; parking; location - particularly close to a great pub and not so far to Dawlish Warren sands; communication - for the booking and arrival and not needed during the stay as everything was so good.

Negative: These are minor points for consideration: everything was clean and very well presented however for a fee of 20% plus there were some areas behind settees, in corners of the conservatory and also in some cooking trays that need extra attention; we were down to the last toilet roll at the end of our stay (we were 7 guests and there 3 nights) - more would normally be available; some cards and/or boardgames would seem usual to have; a more extensive guide to local beaches / groceries / food outlets / walks from the property / nearby attractions would be nicel too. As I say, minor points but important to really elevate the experience.
