Positive: What a wonderful little place so secluded just what we wanted, the scenery is amazing too lovely view of the sea and the boats, the apartment was fitted with everything you would need to live, clean or cook although we did order a cheeky takeaway on the first night, the hot tub is an added bonus to this already extremely lovely place and at that price it's a bargain! Tricia the host is so lovely and answered any queries we had instantly and had complementary cream tea scones Jam cream and buns a box of biscuits milk and tea coffee sugar, it was thar nice we have already booked our next stay for longer too, Thanks Tricia 😊

Positive: Location is amazing, the view is much better than expected, our host added extras like biscuits, milk, etc, who is very helpful and friendly, the golf cart is a nice touch and was fun, and the hot tub is fantastic, everything was clean and tidy and the location is secluded.

Positive: The view was amazing. Tricia is lovely. I loved the quirky garden ornaments. Loved sitting in the hot tub watching the lights on the other side of the valley come on as the sun went down. Some nice touches, like fresh milk and muffins and scones with cream and jam. The evenings became a wildlife safari, with deer coming into the garden and bats flying overhead. Great location for touring the area, we enjoyed the seafood at the local pub (Anchor Inn 4 min walk down the hill but 10 mins back up!), More excellent seafood at Brixham harbour, Excellent lunch at Riverford Organics Buckfastleigh

Negative: The double bed was a little small foe my husband, but that's his fault for being six and a half foot tall !!! ;-)
