Positive: Description is accurate. Quite difficult to find but we used what three words and this took us straight there. Clean and great view

Negative: The beds are very uncomfortable and the single room downstairs is quite harsh. Towels were very rough and so felt old.

Negative: TV quite far away from the sofa and as it was so relaxing a hot tub would have topped it off 😁 but overall a lovely stay and we would stay again.
