This lovely, semi-detached Grade B listed cottage has a great location in the heart of Cullen on the beautiful Moray Coast. Perfect for friends or a family getaway, it has been lovingly restored whilst retaining its original steep staircase and low ceiling features, and the multi-level garden has a view of the sea through the viaduct. Just ¼ mile from the beach with many walks in the surrounding area, this cottage is perfectly situated for all the local attractions.
Cullen is a wonderful little village, a real treasure trove of cute shops and cafés, and a perfect place to spend some time. Don’t forget to try the local speciality, Cullen skink. The neighbouring villages are well worth a visit and golf can be found nearby also. Further afield, Elgin and Inverness can be reached easily for a day out. Beach ¼ mile. Summary: Great cottage in a great location. Full of character. Quiet and peaceful. Great tiered back garden that is pet safe. Coop just up from cottage and town centre and beach/harbour just a short walk away too. Cullen is beautiful and Dolphins were spotted when we were up on Nelsons Seat viewing area. Make sure you join Caithness and Moray Cetacean Sightings facebook page when there to get heads up on sightings.

Summary: Lovely cottage, all done to a high standard- from the oak flooring to the amazing shower! First time we've been really warm in a traditional Scottish cottage, very cosy. Ample logs and Catch up TV was appreciated. Just a wee bit further from the beach , 5 mins more! However the enclosed garden made up for it, never had a garden in Cullen before. Cullen House and The Viaduct just around the corner for another dog walk and the Co-op which was handy! Would definitely return.

Summary: We loved our short stay at Viaduct View. The cottage was immaculately clean and very well equipped. The welcome baskets (including the one for the dog) were a lovely touch. The rooms upstairs are not ideal for the taller than average person, but are a quaint feature of this cottage. The area is great for those who like to explore and admire the sea views.

Summary: Great place and great location. Only issue we had was the fact I am 6ft 3 and the main bedroom ceiling did not work for me, changed rooms to downstairs and it was fine.

Summary: We had a great stay at Viaduct View. The location is ideal- just a few minutes down to the harbour, brilliant coastal walks and a fantastic beach. The house itself is excellent, everything is well maintained and very clean. We loved the warm welcome for our dog: dog biscuits, bags and even a ball! Thank you very much for a great holiday!
