Positive: A perfect location. Great views of Cullen Bay, the viaduct and the harbour, close to local amenities - co-op not far away, warm and cosy, everything we needed in our holiday home. Games and books for evening entertainment. We were able to park close by to the property. Enjoyed visiting the costal villages. There are 2 viewing windows at Deans factory in Huntly if you like crumbly shortbread.

Negative: Cant think of anything.

Summary: Would recommend for a group of 2-4

Positive: great view, compact and comfortable, close to local amenities and great value

Negative: the heating kept stopping to work and the shower not having any hot water , cold showers in November aren’t fun!

Summary: had a fabulous stay, absolutely loved it and will book again
