The historic market town of Boston (9 miles) has a choice of pubs, shops and restaurants, and is home to Maud Foster Mill, the Pilgrim Fathers Memorial and the RSPB sites at Freiston Shore and Frampton Marsh. Heading north along the coast, you can explore Gibraltar Point (17 miles) or spend a day on the beach at the traditional seaside resort of Skegness (13 miles).

Upstairs, the generous family room makes a fantastic lounge space, with double-height windows and a wealth of large original exposed beams set in the high vaulted ceiling. Featuring a log burner, TV and sumptuous seating, this is a spacious and relaxing spot for you all to unwind in after a great day out. The final bedroom is also upstairs: a charming high-ceilinged king-size room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a refreshing en-suite shower room.
